Both of our locations are closed aviaries for the health and safety of our birds, so we do not allow visitors.  We are happy to send pictures of your baby bird as it is growing and happy to answer any questions you may have along the way.  Once your baby is ready to go home, we will set up a meet up time and location.  If your baby is being shipped, we will set up the flight details.

Please quarantine your newly purchased bird by housing them/it separately from any other birds already in your home for 14-21 days.  All birds sold by Endless Tweets are health guaranteed for 3 days from the date of purchase.  To activate the guarantee the bird must be examined by a licensed veterinarian, at purchaser’s expense, within the first 3 days of purchase. Endless Tweets, at its option, will replace the bird or refund up to the amount paid by the customer, for the bird,  as long as the customer can provide: (1) vet documentation dated within 3 days of the bird’s purchase describing the nature of the illness, (2) a sales receipt showing the amount of the purchase and the (3) bird purchased.  Endless Tweets does not accept returns on birds for any reason other than documented preexisting health issues.

If having a bird shipped via USPS or Delta Endless Tweets guarantees the live arrival of the bird.  Should the bird perish during transport the customer must send proof of the bird being deceased to Endless Tweets within 12 hours of receiving bird.  Customer agrees to pick bird up from their local post office or Delta Cargo office within 6 hours of bird's arrival to activate guarantee.  In the unfortunate event that the bird does perish during transport Endless Tweets will replace.  If we don’t have a replacement bird available a refund will be given.

For delivery we do have a few options.  We can meet you at a pre-determined location within 30 minutes of our location or more for a small delivery fee.  We can ship small birds using USPS for 79.99, which includes crate and insurance.  If you choose this route the bird will be delivered to your local USPS where you can pick up.  We can ship via Delta Cargo for 179.99 which includes crate and insurance.  If you choose this option, we will book the flight to an airport of your choice.

Once we have helped you find the perfect baby for your family, we request that you put $100 non- refundable deposit to hold your baby.  We will keep you up to date as your baby gets closer to being ready to go home.  When your baby is ready to go home, we request the balance be paid in-full before delivery.

Shipping charges are calculated according to weight and destination zip code.  Products are shipped from either our Wisconsin location or Florida location based on proximity to shipping destination.  We make every effort to keep our shipping costs down.
