Psittacus High Energy Hand Feeding is a follow up formula for hand-rearing parrot species that need high fat diets like African Grey Parrots, Macaws and Senegal Parrots. It is indicated to be used from the moment pin feathers emerge until weaning. It is formulated to constitute 100 % of the baby bird’s daily diet during that period. This will help ensure your baby bird will get all the necessary vitamins, minerals and other nutrients to support growth.  High Energy Hand Feeding contains the vitamins, minerals and amino acids needed for your baby bird’s health, and thus, no other vitamins or supplements should be offered.

We also recommend Psittacus Neonatal and Psittacus Crop Milk for those chicks that were either incubator hatchlings or pulled at days 1-10.
