It is formulated to constitute 100% of the parrot’s daily diet during non-reproductive periods. However, daily intake of fresh fruits and vegetables is highly recommended for your pet. Make sure that Psittacus High Protein Maintenance is at least in between 70 to 80 % of the overall diet by weight. This will help ensure your bird will get all the necessary vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. Psittacus High Protein contains all the vitamins, minerals and amino acids needed for your bird’s health. No other vitamins or supplements need be offered when fed Psittacus High Protein as a primary diet.
