Psittacus High Energy Plus Hand Feeding 11#

This product is intended for hand-rearing parrot species which require diets specially high in fat in their diets. This includes Macaws, African Greys, Meyers, Brown Headed, Meyers and Cape Parrots. 

It contains a mix of vegetable fat suitable ,palm and coconut oil suitable for these species.  It also contains papaya, which promotes digestive transit. It is a follow-on hand feeding formula, and should be used from the moment pinfeathers begin to emerge until weaning. 

It is formulated to constitute 100% of the parrot's diet during this period.

FEEDING RECOMMENDATIONS

It is advisable to use a first-age hand feeding formula for younger birds like Psittacus Psittacine Crop Milk or Neonatal Hand Feeding.  At weaning switch progressively to Psittacus Omega for a year.
