Psittacus Microspheres is a micro-extruded formula that is ideal for small parrots and should be offered mixed with water.  It is specifically designed for small grass parakeets and similar birds.  It can be offered throughout the year, but is especially recommended during the breeding season whieh it should be used as a moist base for Psittacus Eggfood.  One of our favorite mixtures to feed to new parents is Psittacus Eggfood, Microspheres and Tweets Treat moistened.  The birds love it and it provides vast nutritional benefits.
